The title “Emerging virus pseudotypes”. In this you should cover: 1) Ebolaviruses (including Marburg) 2) Coronaviruses (specifically SARS and MERS) 3) Nipah virus and Hendra virus 4) Rabies virus and lyssaviruses You should search the literature for primary research papers where these viruses have been pseudotyped and make note of what viral core was used. This is normally: 1) HIV or 2) Murine leukemia virus or 3) Vesicular stomatitis virus You should then determine if either of these cores confers an advantage, focus on the amount of virus produced, e.g. virus titre. Note any other major advantages or disadvantages, e.g. how the viruses behave in downstream assays. What applications the pseudotyped viruses have been used for, e.g. studies on antigenic sites/epitopes. The guidance above is not exhaustive i.e. you can cover additional viruses and discuss what assays different cores are used for etc.

a) Explain, either in writing or by talking to your tutor, what healthy eating actually is.

b) Summarise, in bullet point form, what the EYFS has to say about requirements for healthy eating for children in their early years.

c) Research the current national and local initiatives which promote healthy eating. Can you tell, from the information given by such initiatives, what food and drink requirements are mandatory, suggested, or not important?

d) Draw up a table of what each initiative sets out to do, whether they actually fulfil the delivery requirements or not, and whether you think they are achieving their outcomes in the area or setting that you work. To do this you will need to decide what criteria you will use to judge the success of these initiatives.

e) Draw up a directory of healthy eating support in your area, including names, telephone numbers, email/website addresses. You can then use your directory in your day to day practice as appropriate for your setting
