For section 2s activity I would like for you to complete the Mindful Eating Exercise and answer the reflections questions at the end of the assignment. This is designed to take place over 7 days.
In our culture, we have become more mindless eaters – eating on the run, skipping meals, eating too much, or not eating a balanced diet. Whether over or under weight, these habits are keeping us unhealthy!
Mindful eating has been found to be a wonderful strategy for eating a healthy diet and/ or losing weight. This activity is designed to encourage you to be more mindful of your eating practices so please take each step seriously, thinking about what you are doing and why.
