Bruce used to live at Glenelg with his wife. He used to run bus company and retired at age of 65.

Reason to Admit at Resthaven aged care was his wife died, He had a heart attack and went to hospital. Once returning from hospital Nobody was there to look after him and he couldn’t manage himself. He has two sons but they live separately. So, he decided to admit at resthaven on July 2019.

He had a past medical history of heart attack, glocoma and ongoing type II diabetes as well as neuropathic pain caused by diabetes.

At the moment his diabetes is brutal. Blood sugar level is above 20mmol even though he is taking Lantus insulin 6o unit twice a day.
